I´m looking for a new compatible CAM for Nokia 9600/dvb2000.
Is Diablo a compatible CAM?

The Diablo will work in a Nokia9600 but my experience is that it does not work well. Channel changing is slow and it often turns the cam off - so requiring frequent resets.

Aso it is very hard to get into the menus which is needed to set up the cam for best operation. With the latest Diablo versions I could not get the cam to work at all and I have given up using the Diablo in the 9600.

This is my experience with NOMI firmware in the 9600, it might work better with np74.

If you are looking for an easy life I would get a modern receiver will will work much better with the Diablo.

I agree entirely with Burnham. It works, but not very well at all. I'm using np77.
To see the cam menu and make changes I have to use the Cam Utility in the CAS interface.
