Dragon or receiver?

Hi all,
My Dragon Cam has stopped working with my Triax receiver. Some time ago the Triax went back to factory settings, this has happened in the past so I wasnt too worried. Bit of a nuisance having to rescan and arrange favourites, but thats okay. This time I scanned 19.2 Astra and 13.0 Hotbird, but when I try to arrange favourites the FTA channels work, but no Prem or D+ nothing that needs uncrambling, all the usual names are there, and I am using the latest Compass file. which works with my TM1500. I think the Triax may be dead.
Any suggestions?

buy or use a tm1500ci and you wont look back !!!

dunno what this has to do with a dragon or trex cam ?

Have one and wouldnt part with it, but there are channels that I prefer to keep on the Triax.

if the dragon cam works ok in the tm1500 and not in the triax , its not a dragon cam question and so should not be in here m8
