picture breaking

I have tm 2100 motor,tm 1500 super,0.2 sharp lnb,1m gibertini. now all sats and channels are ok apart from 16e where all channels with low simbol rate picture keeps breaking up and all other channels on the same sat have 80% quality. is my lnb on its way out or else ?:confused:

Try changing the frequency by a few megs either side of the published frequency. In addition try changing the SR by a few points either side of that published. That does the trick on my TM5000.
