What dish size for Rotana Clip (11843H27500)?

What dish size for Rotana channels (11843H27500) in the NW England. Does anyone get it in a 1m. I can but it breaks up a little. My father-in-law is on the Wirral with a 1m but he can't get it at all. He would like to get these channels, can anyone help. He has a 0.6db LNB would a .02 or .03 be any better.

I can get them with a 1.1m motorised dish and a 0.3db LNB

My dad picks them up with a fixed 1m dish and a 0.6db LNB. His seems better positioned
