V-Box II problem

I have recently changed from a echostar reciever to the HDCI-2000 humax to get the HDTV.

As this box has no 36v positoner I went for the V-Box II.

I have installed it but it will not move the dish, it just keeps saying E-2 on the display when i try and drive it right or left. You can hear a switch inside the v-box clicking when you press the button.

Any ideas. Many thanks.

Er2 message means no pulses.

Check all the connections again.

i had this problem mate,it turned out to be the wire from the v box to the actuator.although it worked fine with my old echostar,all i got with the v box was the E 2 message.it must have corroded over the years as it was buried in the ground and the v box must be more sensertive to the pulses not reaching the actuator than the echostar.i ran a brand new wire and all has been fine since.ian.
