BEST 0.1 Lnb's

Has anyone tried one of these yet? They claim to be 0.1 db

Im looking for a twin lnb -currently using a sharp 0.3 which is good but they dont do a twin version-Do they?

no twin in the sharp inverto or ivacom will be as goob as any these are .3 no real advantage in the so called .1
