Diablo cam & VN8000cis

Ok now I have just got the Diablo cam and put the stealth 1.99 files on the cam
I then turned onto france 4 and the fench channels come up but when i switch to premiere i get nothing
Do I have to switch off anything in my VN BOX or switch on anything
does the smart card need to be off / on ect ect

What did you do to sort it?

I have gragon cam & ART card , switching between ART & premier causes problems & have to reboot almost each time for pic.

any settings you had to do ?
