updating through memory card

sorry for being thick but i have never had one a linux receiver, ihave read the tutorial of updating by memory card.

MMC (Memory Card)

1. Copy all the files into a Memory Card
2. Insert the Memory Card into the TM-9100
3. Turn the AC Power Off/On and Wait for the download to finish
4. When it says Completed, remove the Memory Card
5. Turn the AC Power Off/On

i understand everything but number 1 what files do i need to copy to memory card and where can i obtain these files?:confused:

Its all getting too much please help?

Download the Manuals & Pdf's in the tools and editors section and evereything is in there. :D :D
