pls help with humax 2000

hi there please could someone tell me how to setup my humax 2000 receciver i want to use the usals setting, i have entered my lon and lat details in the menu and tried to goto a satellite but the receiver says that the satellite is out of range when i no for well that it is in range is there a guide or someone who can help me pls. i got my lon/lat from multimap.com using my postcode

If you have uploaded a channel list the usal fonctions does not work. I think anyway.

hi i programmed in via the disecq astra 19.2 and 23.5 thats all could not get the usals to work
