Been there, done that....
I think this is how I eventually got it to work.
Move the .tar.gz file to temp, close DCC.
Press blue button
Press red to stop all cams
press 1
Click install addons
click manual
click manual - You should now see the cam waiting for you to install
follow instructions to install (can't remember exactly what I did)
reboot receiver (I think)
press blue button
press green to start all cams
Then install keys - I copied this from elsewhere
Download the satankeybundle and unzip it to a folder. Then unzip the …tar.gz - file and you get an folder named “satan.tar”,
inside to folders named “Keys” and “Scce”.
Use an ftp-program or DCC or Total Commander and copy/move these to folders(keys + scce) into the “Var” folder.
First delete the “Keys” and “Scce” already present in the Technomate folder.
That ‘s all! Reboot your Dbox and it will run for you.
It took me many hours but I got there eventually.

Make sure you are on a FTA channel and there is NO cam in the cam slot
Move the .tar.gz file to temp, close DCC.
Press blue button
Press 1 on your remote
Click install addons
click manual
click manual again - You should now see the cam waiting for you to install
move down to the file highlight it and press ok button
It should say insatall addons
When it dissapears you can check you have the cam by exiting then pressing the blue button and scroll to see if installed if it is there I always Exit & reboot TM9100
Then initalize cam by pressing the blue button select cam and press the green to initalize all
Hope this helps you further to what Peggle posted

just a little note, if you unplug your 9100 before installing the emu's from the temp file they will be erased, in other words you have to have your pc linked to the box at the same time as the tv so you can do the process in one go without unplugging

I didn't use this at all. I think its for when the 9100 is connected directly to the internet which mine isn't.
OK, A little more detail.................
My computer is connected directly to the 9100 by ethernet.
I assume you have loaded original image 005 & done a factory reset.
I assume you then loaded Juliet 006 & did a factory reset.
Download camd3881.tar.gz (Not 3882!) & newcamd 610.tar.gz. Don't unzip them.
Start DCC292.
It should say :-
Telnet Connected
FTP Connected
Bootmanager: not found.
Select FTP.
In the left hand payne double click temp to open the temp folder.
In the right hand payne navigate to the folder you downloaded the .tar files to.
Highlight camd3881.tar.gz.
Click the blue < button to copy it to the left hand payne.
(You can probably also copy across newcamd610.tar.gz at the same time)
Close DCC.
Select a FTA channel.
Remove the CAM if fitted.
Press blue button
Press red to stop all cams
press 1
Click install addons
click manual
click manual (not the top one!) - You should now see the cams waiting for you to install
move down to the file highlight it and press ok button
It should say install addons
When it disapears you can check you have the cam by exiting then pressing the blue button and scroll to see if installed.
press green to start all cams
Exit & reboot TM9100
If you didn't install both at the same time, repeat the above for the other EMU.
Install the Keys
the url no longer works! its pointless trying to use it
