Premiers scrambled on Digitalb

For last few days, all the premier sport channels on my digitalb are coming up scrambled - yet all other channels ok. Anyone else got this? have emailed Lee at Goldwafers re this - but no response yet.

Try doing a fresh transponder scan or better still rescanning the whole satellite and that should do the trick.

Hi, I have the same problem with the premium sport channels not opening. I rescanned the satellite but no help and the channels still scambled. Have you resolved your problem m8? Regards

nope - rescan didn't help - emailed Lee again for advice. obviously a fault somewhere - maybe the cards are faulty?

I have the same problem with the Premere channels, have done a couple of recans, no good. Then I thought it maybe it is because some of us only paid for the football (uk) while it was on. They seem to want their pint of blood all the time, as like many I did not have Supersport.

Lee has asked for the no. on my card to check with Digitalb wot the problem is

nope - its updated this month such that all other channels are working & its a 12 month card with 2 months to go

Same problem.It updated but only to 0100000F which is the normal package.
I used to tune to Digi+ then it updated the basic package as 0100000F then tuned to supersport and it updated to 0100001F which it didn`t do this month.
Guess its the end of footy season so supersport channels have gone for me.Couple of months left in the sub for me.:frown:

mine gone as well. deleted satellite and all channels. then rescanned and saved. all sports channels off. didnt subscribe to supersport but got milan, juve channels before. wont renew mine as i never know whats on.

they should still work aslong as your sub is working..

they are not switched off thats for sure

that's the comment from Lee - although Digitalb have not replied as far as i know - it relates to subs taken out just before end of August last year. current 33 channel sub not affected apparently.

Mine was bought just before the end of July last year so earlier cards are effected.
