no signal hisasat

lately i cannot recieve hisasat programmes i have tried all i can but cannot get a signal i have a fortec star ultra the only other sats i use are astra and hotbird they are fine any help would be much appreciated
i live in the merseyside area thanks bagwash:)

what sort of help do you expect ?

hispasat is still where it always was

so if you are using a fixed dish on 30w like me , check its alignment

if you are using a motor , again check its alignment

has to be something like misaligned dish if astra and hotbird are ok

thanks for for the information echelon (sorry it took so long to reply had things on), my problem now is i dont know how to check alignment if any anyone can point me in the right direction :D i would be very grateful
