installing juliet

I have connected my computer to 9100 and it shows telnet connected,ftp connected,bootmanager not found.When I try to auto update with juliet 05 it says parameter is incorrect.Anyone have advice on what is wrong.

if I were you I would check the details from the tuts again

having said that , most ppl including myself have used memory cards to update to 005 , then telnet to get to 006

so all I can tell you is the memory card ( sd card ) is quick and effective

dont forget to factory reset after each installation

but how do you copy stuff to the memory card, does this have to be done with a card reader on the pc, or can you do it through the technomate

check the I.p address on the box is the same as what you put in the DCC ( dreamboxloadercentre)
It should give you all greens then.if you cant find it
Type in the run box if your on windows
"CMD ipconfig"
and that should show you the ip's connected.
depends to be sure if your using a crossover cable or your router with a cat5 cable.

Looks like the network side of things is OK as you are getting all the right messages about being connected OK.
Like the others I would recommend the use of an SD Card - it's quick and simple. Bung it in a card reader, format it, copy the OS files (unzipped, and don't copy the folder - just the files), slap in in the tm9100 and switch on. So simple!
Sorry can't tell you why you are getting that particular error message.
