copying dreambox motor settings to TM 9100?

is it possible to use the same settings from the dm500 and place them into the tm 9100, without me having to manually install each satellite

is there some sort of file i can take from the dm500 and place it in the 9100 for the motor settings

anything like that ?

Not sure if you can use the same file on a technomate 9100 m8 but the file your looking for in the Dreambox is called "config" and can be found in etc/enigma

I use captain picards list and amended to my own requirements

i do not mean the channel settings or bouquetts

i mean the actual motor positions, or is that what you mean?

i found it in

/var/tuxbox/config/enigma

so it is just a matter of replacing the config file in the new box, and i will have all my satellite positions setup?

yes worked for me once but then I changed the image to UR and it restored just the favourites and satellites not motor positions
