Is Al Jazzeera SP+1 down?

Is Al Jazzeera SP+1(viaccess) down in Hotbird freq. 10723H? I have an oficial viaccess card and only can open Al Jazeerra SP+2 in this freq. since yesterday!:confused:

sport+1 its clearing but its black screen 10723 H 29900 viaccess 2.5.
they will move frequency soon to 11179 H 27500 and will use the new Viaccess 3.0 cards .
