strong pixelating

Hello,

I have a db500c and unfortunately on certain frequencies, i have very bad pixelation problems and even "no signal" on certain channels. It's always the same channels, the other channels work fine. I tried a friend's dreambox and it works well on all channels...

Is this a defect in my dreambox (hardware) or maybe a software problem?
