The portugese package tv tel has started transmiting on Eurobird 9degress east. Some channels are FTA and some are encoded in conax. Since is transmitting from a strange position we have to edit our boxes and add this satellite on 9degree east. Tv tel are now showing 20 channels on 2 transponders.
