lobster 700 tv mobile sat nav?

Hi all,
I have read on various web pages, you can get sat nav on this mobile.
Any idea what accessories I need to buy to get this mobile to do sat nav.

Finally got round to getting a navman spin 100 gps bluetooth receiver and have loaded the software onto the 1GB memory card but when I click on the autorun it say can't find autorun or one of it components.
Anybody help?
