Special Dish ???

May seem a stupid question but do I need a different dish to get sly on astra at the moment I am using a 1 metre dish motorised and aligned to astra 19.2 I then disconnected the echostar and connected the sly but all I get is searching for channels

I have had a read and its looks like I need to change the LNB

Not sure if I have understood correctly, but why not just drive your dish to 28east?

sly is on astra2 at 28 east , not astra at 19 east

it hasnt been on 19e since it went digital in the 1990`s

I wanted to see if this sly receiver box will work. Thanks for your replies and echelon just shows how long it is since I last watch sly 19e

use the loop if the echostar has one drive the dish to 28E put the echo in stand by scan for channels on the digibox all should be ok remember you need an universal lnb for this if you need one get a twin then you can control both receivers no problems
