Official SSG card won't update

I have an official SSG card, but haven't used it for some time, since I've been using a DragonCam instead. Yesterday I received my replacement smartcard, and I thought it prudent to get it working. I have tried all combinations of old card/new card - viaccess cam/dragon and dreambox/humax 2000 and both cards refuse to decrypt any of the Swiss channel, despite leaving the card inserted (as suggested) for up to 30 minutes. The old card certainly has worked in the past in both of these recievers/cams. Any bright ideas out there?

Works without problem for me
New card, viaccess module red and Humax PVR-8000
Takes 1~2 minutes first time

Any update on when they will switch off viaccess 1 encryption guys?? There will be a lot of people looking to get their hands on an official card then, me included!

FYI - The new card finally updated yesterday. I can only imagine they hadn't been sending out the updates the previous day.

With Dreambox only newcs with mgcamd worked for me.

no other emu seems to update via 2.6 official cards.

New card (0502380) works fine with gb*x, no problems with updates.
