Replace the original Map.Info with the one patched in the map folder.

Is this map ok for the Tomtom Go Range and is it any better than the Tele Atlas Map

Yes (as long as you use the patched mapinfo.dat file) & don't know - both Teleatlas & Navteq have their good & bad points
