strongest signal thor/1 west

hi,i am going away in tourer tomorrow and need a quick channel/transponder on 1 west which has the strongest signal on a 60cm dish. i dont need thor but need to line motorised system so i can enjoy 13,19 east on my technomate,thanks ian
forgot to mention i will be in silloth,***bria if that helps

Most look for BBC World on 11325H, 24500, 7/8.
