either make your own, its not hard or try the bristol shop i paid about 35 quid a bout 4 years ago.:)

if you get some M8.... the T & Ks I had the welds were like bird sh*t really crap my mate confimed this for me when we took them down after one snapped so if you get some 36" make sure the welds are good m8 I have now got some solid all in one (more or less) A Frame brackets really strong + make sure its a good size angle iron if you get some its a long reach out M8 36 "

My 1.2mtr Gregorian was mounted on the wall using 2 X 24" K nd 1 X 24" T bracket and due to the house renovation I had to dismantle it.

I am planning to replace the 24" ones with 36" ones as the dish touches the roof when it swings from left to right and vice versa.

I am hoping that the 36" will be able to sustain the wind load and would be safe.

i got my T & K's from there - they are very thin!!!

Yesterday I finally reinstalled my Fibo 1.2 on the wall using the same old 24" T&K brackets and I got almost all the birds blooming in strong and nice except 28.2E and no 26E...

Got the builder to reinstall the pole and brackets for me and made sure they are dead verticle.

There has been a nice improvement on Nilesat and I am getting some 314 channels on the TM1000D after a scan. There is no breakup on any of the channels whether it's day or night.

BUT I have hit the same problem as before with low signal on 28.2E and it's fluctuating a lot.

God knows where I am going wrong

@ ManikM - I know: that's why I use two sets!:D
@ Tarzan - Do you get 42E? Sounds like your mount is not quite lined up correctly. On 28E try tilting the dish up or down to see if signal improves. If tipping up does it rotate your mount around the pole by a "small" amount towards the east and vice versa.

I get 42E loud and clear, around 97% on 11804, I get 39E, 36E, 33E, 23.5 (fluctuating a bit) 19.2, 16E, 13E, 7E, 5E, 1W and all the way to 30W

:confused: Very odd! Assuming you made no adjustments to the other settings on your mount, I can see no reason for you missing just two birds. It may be worthwhile you starting from scratch as long as you have access to a signal meter. Start with the mount at 0° and get the elevation, azimuth and dish angles sorted to give maximum signal on 1°W - assuming you're in the UK - then drive the dish to it's extremes (42°E and 43°W say) and check signal. If it's a maximum at both extremes you should be correctly set to track the Arc and get all the birds in between. As long as you are very careful with your dish and mount angles the only change you may have to make is azimuth (twisting whole mount around pole) as 1°W is not true south. Alternatively but very unlikely you have an LNB or cable problem which affects just these two birds.
