Does the Digialb Football card work in the Patched Samsung 9500 via ci ?

at the moment i am using the latest 5.4 gold emu....

will the card work straight in the slot ?

or do i need to purchase a conax cam to use the card ?

Going on memory sammy is via / via embedded.

Being patched does not change card readers so Conax cam would be needed.

Perhaps someone could research Firm 124 which i think changed some capability with conax ? In sammy.

Sorry cant help further not up to speed with sammy nowadays.

FW's 133 and 124 are with Via and Conax embedded...

Should be OK, with a bit of care, as it has a Gold Revolution Emulator...

I think with CAID on Manual in Emu Menu, if memory serves, and then it AUs...

I have a DigitAlb card, still valid from last year and it works fine in the sammy.
CAID is on Auto and AU works as well

Thanks for the replies it looks like it could be value buying a card then...There are no pitfalls to look out for are there? Knowing me i'll end up frying the card somehow:)

I have a DigitAlb card, still valid from last year and it works fine in the sammy.
CAID is on Auto and AU works as well


What settings are you using and what software..............

I loaded the latest cuorino motor settings and latest firmware using DSRStudio_v1.3

I can only clear Premium 1,2 and three on a Sammy someone gave me

I am a Humax user but trying to convert a sammy for a m8 of mine to use with a Digitalb card

ps/Can i put Humax settings in to a Sammy.............Cheers :)

With all the bets you have won I would have thought you would have the biggest dish with the most expensive subs.Also a executive box at Woodison theirfore no need for a cheap sub like digialb:D

Got them all going on one machine thanks to your superb bit of help :D

Sport 1...2...3 work on Auto and 4 and 5 both come in when i change to manual

I only worked out how to update TPS last night and i have to say i am well immpressed with the Samsung

The keys are as easy as the Humax to input and The picture quality and sound are second to none

I put the new 5.5 prem fix in last night and have to say i have never been so spoilt for choice

What firmware are you using for Digitalb to work in sammy?

Must be any that has Conax embedded. RG EMU 6.1 should be OK!:)

Yes EMU 6.1 is OK with DigitAlb card
