Diseqc motor not moving

My motor does not seem to be moving i have gone into antenna setting and this is what is down,0-12v switch -disabled,diseqc input-disabled,motorised system-enabled,is this correct i am using humax 5400.

yes m8, that is correct, to double check, go outside and check where your dish is, then go to
menu
installation
service searching
manual search
antenna alt
diseqc commande mode
use left or right to change to installer
then go up to
movement
then go left or right a few seconds

then go back outside and see what's happened

BUT AGAIN BUT, if you are near a wall or obstruction, travel in the opposite direction, as by going to installer, you keep moving the dish until you hit the ok button, so again only do it for a second or two.

this will prove if the dish is moving

Thanks for reply voith driver i had allready done all that but no movement from motor so it looks like a new motor.

yes m8, it does look that way, providing there is no breaks in your lead or plugs going up, then as you say it looks like the motor
