If you have a few euros more buy the Gregorian 1M i got one on top of my roof he is best with his sub_refector in front of the Lnb

To compare this Grego 1M he is similar on a 1.20/1.30 OffSet, the sub-reflector brings one more time the signal back to the dish an then up to the Lnb.

The one shown in the second picture is the Fibo Gregorian dish, and these are no longer manufactured, so the only way you are going to get one is if someone sells it second hand, and because of the high desirability of these that is very rare.

It is a superb performer, and I have been using the 1.2 mtr model for about five years.

Visiosat produces gregorian dishes under the name Visiosat VSAT, these are designed for both receiving and transmitting...their gain figures are not as impressive as the Fibo Stöp models though...but getting a used genuine Fibo, especially the 1.2m version is basically impossible.
The Fibo 90 model (90x99cm) is actually still available (under the name Masterfocus) in on or two shops but they are expensive (aprox £200? + aprox £20 for a C120 lnb to go onto the feedhorn + shipping). The Visiosat dishes are probably VERY expensive though!

A new one will be between €500,- and €750,- for a 1.2M you better of with a second_hand dish.
My Grego dish name's (Delta Star) belongs to the Fibo family there are more like Eugenie say of those Grego dishes if you try google > fibo dish < thats the name in general for all the dish's like the one on my picture.

as said Fibo Gregorian, had my 90cm 7/8 years now, still good as the day i got it, very good quality was around &#163;550 for the dish and motor back in 99!

they do come up now and again on fleabay

however if you got one you got the best.

I have been a long time admirer of gregorian dishes, but being absolutely honest about them the only weak point is/was the integeral motor drive, and it's quite common to see people searching for replacements which although not impossible to obtain, are certainly difficult.

Satmuller still have some stock of the 90cm Fibo Gregorian`s.

I have the 1.2m and 90cm Gregorian dish`s. the 90cm has the gain of a 1.1m, and the 1.2m is said to have the gain of a 1.4m. They are great dish`s.

Only thing that lets them down, are there motor`s.

There was a version made in France, nowhere near as good, be careful you don't get one of those. They are a lot lighter in weight and should be quite easy to recognise.
