Transfering Phone Numbers

Hi Everyone, I have a samsung z320i mobile phone and have upgraded to the o2 xda orbit. Basically I want to transfer all my phone and sim numbers to my xda orbit. I just need to know whats the best way to go about doing it.:confused:

There should be an option on your z320i to 'copy contacts'

If there is, copy all your contacts to your SIM card and simply put your SIM in the new phone
