I think the following links are worth checking:-

_http://www.hispasat.com/media//FlotaSatelites/Hispasat_1C/Mapa%201C%20******.jpg (bit asterisked out is Eur-opa, remove the hyphen)
_http://instruct1.cit.cornell.edu/Courses/his452/Feta%20Wars/Greece%20Map.gif
_http://www.selkirkshire.demon.co.uk/analoguesat/dishsize.html

You can make your own judgement, but I see Rhodes (bottom right of Greece map) as being in the 35db area, which equates to 300cm (3m dish).

No it is not, but Prem on Astra19E is, and the match is listed as being a 3pm kick off on the Prem Sport Portal. I don't know if it will be like last season, but they match hopped all the live EPL matches at 3pm. Not ideal I know, but better than nothing.

The only things I can think of are keep checking LJ's in case they list a channel carrying the match that can be received in Rhodes with a 2.4m dish, and / or try the feeds section. I can't see anything listed yet, but there might be something posted nearer the time.

If your friend has a bar and wants to be able to show EPL matches, I recommend he gets a Showtime sub (or N0va or course). There are receivers such as the Fortec Star Innovative, and the NanoXX 9600IP that clear both N0va and Showtime (plus a number of other packages), without a sub - using C/S.
