HI iam looking to buy a new tv looked at a few a bit confused ? does it need to be above 750p? or does it need to be 1080p if so would this make be any good LG 50PC56 50" HD Ready 100Hz digital Plasma TV ?? sorry if i sound a bit thick but that many all say they are best thanks :D

Quite a few members including myself have one of these -- awesome and under £1000 now. Some good suppliers also on here which I used. I wouldnt buy on the auction site etc. If you need just ask ok.

digitech are cheapest still -- I went there and bought same day, I paid 1100 few months ago - now 926 -- bargain.

Try and spend bit of time reading some of the forums like AV Forum which will let you know the good and bad pionts of most of the panel type TV's also buy from somewhere that offers a good warrenty (3 to 5 years) at little or no extra cost these inc empire direct,pannasonic shops,john lewis (who also price match shelf prices of any of their competitors).A good supplier with a good reliable warranty
maybe better in the long run than a low priced TV with only 1 years guarantee.
