I have a motokrzr k1 phone and i have used it for a year+ but I haven't ran the cd on my computer to update the phone. I want to transfer music files and a couple of ring tones but this is where the problem starts.
I have installed the cd but when I try to run the software on my computer I get a grconv.dll error. I don't know if it's the software version on the cd but I think it's a common problem. Is there a way to get the latest software so I can update my moto?
