I couldn't initially get it to AU on D+ or Premiere with HOT 9.5A either.

But after going back to original firmware then installing HOT patch, Premiere cleared almost straight away on MGM after i did a reset with remote (0 + rcl)

D+ cleared after about a minute on eurosport

Using latest key.bin or entering keys manually with remote, was fine too

TPS also cleared. Make sure you set time to GMT+2 and wait on a TPS channel on 10873V transponder

TPS clears and AU without any problem.
Here is what you need in terms of installations and set-ups on your Humax 5400:
1. ToH3.4_HoT8.7B.hdf software or higher installed.
2. A reasonably up-to-date PMC Table
3. An up-to-date key file installed on your Humax5400
4. The time set to GMT + 1 hour (i.e. French time)
5. the CA-ID set to Card + Emu (or Card + Emu + S)
For AU, go to France 4 or France 5 channel.
If it doesn't work, you can try downloading the daily TPS.hdf file (or similar name), but it shouldn't be needed.

4. The time is GMT+2 hours for french time

On some emus D+ will AU much faster on one of the standard channels (I use Cosmopolitain) than on Taquillas - in fact, I've never got AU to work on Taquilla.

GMT+1 hour is BST not French time which is CET - GMT+2 hours.

Hi Seventywan

I stick mine on M6 music black and it updates in less than 10 secs
Give that a try

@morph:

thanx, i set gmt+1, but the problem remains: i get it cleared for 10 secs, then gets black for 15 minutes (more or less) and then 10 secs cleared and so on...

result still the same with card+emu and card+emu+s

has someone else the same problem?

Check in the menu (ToH, Parser, Ram editor) that the keys have really gone in, not just showing zero, as the patches seem to need a key file initially. If blank, use DSR9500 Emu Ed56 and click the "?". Then go to settings, and select Humax def, then PC type - default, set the comport, select FW check Off and lastly Verify - On.
Then click Write and browse for your key file. As soon as you select it (you must have the Humax connected and switched to any channel (not standby) the file should be written and verified. Switch the receiver to standby from the front opanel, and wait for the 4 figure time display to show. Then check the keys in the menu again - they WILL be there now and the receiver WILL decode!

as McDude pointed out try original firmware
delete all channels first
or you could try firmware reset then original firmware
also speeds things up slightly

when your all done set clock to +1
any channel on 10873 for au about 10 secs for au
