doubt you could have dammaged the card mate, its more than likley a hardware issue.

make sure the contacts on the card are nice and clean (dont think it is this but worth a try)

Hi mate,
You are right the card is fine as it works in the cas system on a Technomate 1500ci +...But I have problems with it in BOTH my Aston 1.05 and 2.18. Tried in Humax Hdci, Technomate and Nokia 9600.....same result picture, get scrambled every so often.
Any idea please??

My old aston cams used to run very hot, maybe it is a heat related problem.

Card still does not work properly in my new Fergusson HF 8800 HD in both CAS reader and Aston cam.....
In the cas menu it says "card build the 23rd august 2007 at 9.46"
Could it be a bug??
What can I do??
Thanks

Hi franner,
Nope, no signal loss, all good here....could wireless gear affect it?
My Pc and Tv are side by side along with ALL the cables that goes with it.

Try with different cam-- basically every cam works with C+ cards. Maybe it is the problems of Aston
