Digi TV on 1 degree west

Hi all,
Does the various Digi TV bouquets vary in strength ?
The reason I ask is that I get the Galaxie sport bouquet coming through quite well on my Triax 88cm but another couple of bouquets with film channels including TV1000 don't.

TP's do vary in strength, but ironically TV1000 is stronger than other movie channels here.

yes they seem to on mine , but as mentioned above the tv1000 and film channels seem to be amongst the strongest on my tm1500

be a good idea to check your skew on the lnb

your location will also affect this too

hi all tv1000 seems to be the only bouquet that opens for me. 1.2 dish in northern ireland.signal strength 80%. just ordered a stronger lnb to see if that helps

Getting very strong Thor 1 west signals - all the Scandinavian channels but no signal on Digi TV.

Triax 1.1 mtr.

Anybody else in Dublin experiencing same problem?

Going to switch boxes to TM 1500Ci NEW!! See will that help.

The old Strong STB was the problem. Dickey tuner.

New TM 1500CI has a better tuner.

Your on the Sat next door, Thor 0.8w is the Sat your on.
Digitv is on Intelsat 10-02 @ 1w.

@landure...On my 80cm dish, 0.3 LNB I now have a Signal Quality
of 62% on Galaxie Sport.
Digitv"s Signal increased on my setup by 50% 4 weeks back.
The best Signal I could obtain by tweaking the dish on
Galaxie sport was 42%.
Plus all the other Digitv channels Signal"s Increased.

Thanks for that TNT - worth noting though that some channels are of variable strength eg TV 1000 much weaker here in devon than some of the others and I am on a Im dish. All should come in but dont panic over strength variety - Cheers - Brain
