Can anyone give me some advice on this bird?.I want to try and watch spotmax for prem footie.I have an 1.5metre centrefeed dish, and can pick up from 30west to 45 east,i have a 24" actuator so there is plenty of scope for adjustment. At the moment the actuator favours the east in fact the dish is at the side of my house sandwiched between 2 sheds and hidden behind a holly bush and can turn to face the gable of the house.I will need to reset the actuator so it will swing the dish almost rightangles to the gable but facing west(if you get my drift).I will also have to cut the top off a lot of trees to give me a clear view of the western sky. Will i be able to pick up sportmax with this size dish as i notice it's a righthand polorization instead of the usual H.V.setup?.I dont mind doing the work but not if it's a waste of my time!!!.Any help would be much appreciated.

having a look at lyngsat, if it the same freq as what your after, 3820R then even if you lived in america your 1.5m dish is too small!

The west beam for Sportmax needs a 2m in North America so no chance in Europe.

You might get the east beam (ORTB and Africable) again it advises a 2.5m dish.

All the above are C band.
