Whats open?

Could someone tell me what open using the inno,
i've thought about getting one for sometime now,i'm currently using a patched humax 5400 but with the inpending nagra 3 on d+,i need to know if similar other program material is availiable using the inno,i mainly watch the fox channels.Or do i stick to what i have.
