Hi all,
I have a 4 month old 777 in the sons bedroom.
Yesterday it froze, so I switched it off and on.
When I rebooted it, the signal was 31% and quality 11% or vice versa when it is connected to the dish.
Which is the same as the default reading I get on all the other 777's I have when the coax to the dish is not connected.
Is the box dead or is their a way to recover the STB.

Is it on a fixed dish mate or a motor. I would try and move it to oter sats if its motorised. It may even need to be retuned, ive had a similar problem at times but usually cos ive pressed a wrong button somehwere along the line and all the sat signals are out of wack.

PRESS WRONG BUTTON!! Your right.
The young lad must have pressed the lnb power to off. Can't believe I didn't notice it.
