Help - Motor missing satellites

Hi Guys,

I have installed the latest pet settings and l get a good signal on Thor and 19 East.

However, today, the motor is driving past 5 East and 13 East....

Is there any way of reseting the motor settings, rather than going on the roof?

hi charlie123,
yes there is, its just a case of either tuning in or fine tuning to the sat, have a look in the help section for the elusive sat post, that should help.

I also am assuming you used the pet123 for mounts, and not the switch version.

I fine tuned the satellites where the motor was being over-driven, very strange why this occured, as all was fine this morning

I quite often adjust mine, i think in my case its just a bit of play on my gear, but its always worth fine-tuning when you think the signal is dropping, but i have not answer why yours altered

This is a common problem withe Humax 5*** series caused by a delay in the signals to the motor and was only rectified with the newer 8*** receivers which stop spot on the sats.
