(I'm a donor not a 'donator')
The latest Setanta cards wont work with the old Ondigital & ITV digital boxes so they wont work with this CAM either.

No you cart upgrade a 103 cam and if you try it will be for the bin.
You can convert it to I think it was cryptoworks via laptop running win 95-98
I seem to remember the 104 and 105 software were for the euro cams and the chips had to be programmed off the cam and if you try and install either of these fw (which I did :frown:) to a 103 the cam is a cam no more.;)

1.00 to 1.03 or cryptoworks.
1.04 (has to be r1) to 1.05 .
above done via laptop .
1.05 to conax v 4.0 irdeto 11 and viaccess red not via laptop and assume its chip off.

Hello,
I to have an old seca 1.03 not being used . Any use and what can I convert it too. I do remeber you could covert to cryptoworks and is some upgrades you had to remove the chip and blow a new one and resolder .
Is that still the case all ? Or just sell it on .
Cheers
