premire bad signal but d+ ok???

hi all have humax 5400 1.5 meter dish , premire signal was ok but last night could not recieve premire got ( no /bad signal message) however d+ showed strong signal,

has premire changed its frequencies or what else could be amiss.

i would be tempted to just reset your box mate and see what happens, there is no reason why you should not be able to get prem when you can get d+ unless you dont have the correct prem key loaded
