technomate 6800 how to move channel ?

after entering the move channel menu

it says use the numeric buttons or the up down buttons

but numeric buttons don't seem to work under this menu

and the up down buttons do not seem to move the channels

you need to press the info button as well with this model, a yellow line will show, move this to were you want to move the channel to.
