Hd Channels

I have the Technomate 6800 and can get BBC HD but cannot pick up Premier HD on 11915 it shows the transponder in red all normal prem are ok, does anyone have any ideas. I have tried all patches and all channel lists and updated firmware.

Try go into Advance Search bring up 11914 27500 H
At Modulation choose DVB-S2 QPSK
At Code rate choose 9/10
At Pilot set at OFF
Then press Red button SCAN.
This should work has with my 6900.
