Sly HD

Does any one know what could be wrong with my Sly HD box unable to get dolby sound on any sly filmchannels and any HD channels, only get sound when altering to normal instead of dolby in the sound setup on sly box.
Sly said coulb be mpeg card gone, can i fix it?:frown::confused::mad:
