Annoying no connection banner when watching digalb

When I watch digalb ( just bought a card ) I keep getting a no connection banner as an OSD...any ideas?????

I actually get all the channels, its when i watch the footie this banner keeps popping up!

I have just loaded rev6.2 and now my conax canal dig channels have a no access osd message

If you have CAID set to "auto" then change it to "manual", select the correct CAID with remote and it should be fine

thanks for the tips, but i really havnt got to the bottom of this. I have tried what the dude says, but the only way to clear it is to move the card to another slot.
