1500 & Rai Africa Keys

I was wondering if the softcam in the sticky above does include the keys for Rai Africa.

If you are on about the Rai biss keys for 13e yes they are about just put them in the softcam yourself with the remote
for fast acces hit 8280 on the remote then put in the 16 or 32 code if its 32 its done as two 16, first 16 gives picture, second give audio
