Choose a plasma instead.

I know it was'nt exactly the question, but i completely agree with your comment munted101, i bought the Panasonic TH-42PX700B-PED plasma, i've had it about ten days now and its exceded all my expectations, the picure, even on SD is absolutely brilliant. Not a bad deal either, less than a thousand pounds, including five year warranty and delivery.

The KDL-46x3500 is faultless in performance and looks. Very well received on every review I have read and even stated to be above par on the equivelent latest Pioneer plasma. I cannot comment further on that statement as I don't have the equivelent latest Pioneer plasma screen to measure against

Motion blur is not an extra on this screen (100Htz) but it does suffer from showing the 'bad' as well as the 'good' quality transmissions.
