Hi Dreamlife,
Last year i changed my 80 cm dish for a 1 metre Gibertini and Moteck Diseq motor.

This gave me several xtra sats which I never had before.
In addition to those mentioned above it is possible to get,
Arabsat (badr) at 26 E. a lot of Arabic ahannels here.
Amos 2 4W - a few transponders only but very weak,
Nilesat 7W again very weak at night (in clear weather) a few transponders come in.
Express at 53 E mostly Russian stuff. Med signal.
Intelsat sats at 43 w and 45 W . good strong signal on these . No interesting channels though.
You can also recieve various other sats that mostly carry feeds eg 27.5. 31.5 34.5 w.
However the real advantage is that you will get other footprints on some of your existing satellites. The nordic footprint of Sirius will be possible and you will also gain the weaker transponders on other sats such as ******* Turk sat.
In short you will gain many channels and its well worth doing. You will also get a generally stronger signal on all channels giving you moreheadroom in poor weather.
A word of advice get a new 0,2 LNB as well and have the dish professionally installed. Have fun,
Hope this helps,
regards,
Michael.

A lot will depend on a clear line of sight to the satellite arc. Mine is 57east to 61.5west with a 1m Gibby dish. House in the way any further east. 58 west has some TV, 61.5 west only a data channel, nothing further west beaming towards the UK.
cheers Norm.
