hi suttons,
No, I haven't, but I remember seeing this info long time ago... and no updates on this info, nor on the USB port, as far as I know:
"Hidden menus humax hdci-2000
There is hidden menu in the Humax HDCI 2000
Press menu- system-red- green- yellow- blue- yellow- green- red.
You can reset the password. There is also option for IRD to IRD?
Also HDD options which are greyed.
Does anyone know if there is an IDE on the main board, or maybe this allow some USB functionality?"

Hi suttons,
Thanks for looking into it.
What about the USB port? I assume the firmware has no function for it... Was it connected at least or is just a piece of metal pretending to be a USB port?
Thanks

I guess it gets power and spins, but if the firmware has no functions written for it or if written but greyed out... just a piede of metal.
Not the best supported receiver in history. A real shame.
Thanks
