tm 5200d usb audio problems help please!

Only on premiere direct are we having audio problems. We have the audio option 1 2 and 3 however the language does not change into english. ( On the humax 5400, and on my dreambox 7000 it does ) It is only in German? the audio pid code changes but the output remains the same. Does any one know why this might be ??? Thank you :)

same with my old manhattan 6800 works ok on the fortec passion though

I have a 5200 and if a movie is in english, choosing audio 2 opens the english audio track however there has been a couple of german language movies on of late which do not have an english audio track, generally if it has an english track it is always on audio 2 if not there is no sound at all.
Premier direkt portal channel however has no english audio at all, shes german.

1= german, 2 = english (if available) 3 = german ac3

thankyou for that however we know that the portal is in german only. However we have a humax and a dream box which gives us the option to listen in english the tm 5200d does not come with english audio on premiere direkt movies ?? could it be a software problem or something we need to change? thanks in advance for your advice

Press the audio button on any channel and your presented with whatever language track is available, on any premier direct channel, there iare 3 audio options (if 3 are available) the second one is english or the native language of the film (although it says german!)
On taquilla there are 2 (spanish and english)

it seems i do everything right but option 2 on direct channels are still only in german it must be a problem with either the software on the receiver himself

try editing the audio pid on the channel. Just add 1 to the Audio Pid.

e.g. if the audio pid is 3328 change it to 3329.

Rescan the transponder that generally sorts it mate.
