D+ open on 19.0e with seca and iris

Guys just to let you know that it looks like the mafia guys have changed from selling cards to receivers.

If you buy a receiver called the Iris9800 usb, then there is two patches that have been released that will give you D+ on 19.0e using seca.

The Iris9800 Usb costs only around 80 euros . Much Cheaper then some cards.
