ECM: CaID: 0x0500 -> CaPID: 0x012E ProvID: 031000

both old and new ecm pids are present , but only the latter is active .
could be a temporary problem though , i've seen demux timeout on this pid before .

most of the time it's fta , but when encrypted it's not ok - via3.0 only provider 031000 .
old ecm is removed and no longer present .

They encrypt occasionally, usually when sport events are transmitted.
